Janice M. Del Fiacco

Janice M. Del Fiacco is a financial professional with over 20 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry for management, marketing and administration of institutional investment and trust products and services, private banking and wealth management programs, and wholesale and retail brokerage services.

In 1995, Janice founded a marketing consulting corporation, Janice M. Del Fiacco Company, which specializes in strategic marketing to financial services institutions and technology companies. Janice manages specialized practices areas, such as, product marketing, integrated marketing communications and product introduction programs, which optimize technology tools and multi-channel distribution. Other initiatives include co-branded marketing campaigns to increase partnership revenue and enhance customer satisfaction, for example, in the debt card marketing industry.

Janice earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola University Chicago and a Master of Arts degree from the University of California Irvine. She is a Certified Financial Planner and member of the Financial Planning Association. Her other professional affiliations include the Financial Women's Association, Women in Consulting, Women In Technology International, the World Affairs council.

In addition to her professional work and consulting practice in the United States, Janice developed training and leadership programs for small business owners, entrepreneurs, non-profits and NGOs in Latin America, Southeast Asia, Russia and Northern Ireland. She serves as a member of the board of trustees for the Fund for International Non-Profit Development and the San Francisco Financial Women’s Association and is an advisor to CARE USA, Women’s Initiative Project. She previously served as a director and consultant with the Center for Citizen Initiatives. Currently, Janice serves as a member of the Working Group, Access to Health Care-Domestic for ICCR, the Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility. She is an advisor to the Fund for International Community Assistance (FINCA), a microfinance institution.

Prior to her career in banking and financial services, Janice was a teacher and educator with experience and credentials in Primary and Secondary Education, Early Childhood Education, and as a Resource Specialist. She supervised undergraduate student placements for the University of California at Irvine, Program in Social Ecology.
