  • Provided policy and technical assistance (operating systems, compliance and operating manuals, implementation, and audit policies for support team) and aided in new business development services (public and private sectors) including strategic alliances with multilateral development banks and bilateral relations. Additionally, for Micro-Finance Institutions provided network-wide best practices and assistance with the implementation of new banking regulations.
  • Led the effort for multi-year development grants for implementation for new, state of the art banking system for affiliate banks in Latin America and Eurasia Regions.
  • Managed grant applications and financing with multilateral bank to fund micro-enterprise development, vocational training with technology upgrades, and semi-professional job placements for Latin America agency.
  • Appointed as one of seven task force members to lead governance adaptation study and implementation team for a private university and religious congregation in the Midwest.
  • Designed, managed, and implemented debit card marketing programs for three merged major US banks and launched new co-branded Debit Cards and ATM and Check Card facilities for business and consumer markets in 23 states, with site-specific Internet access for 50 states.
  • Team leader for launch of Y2K-compliant account management software and Web trading applications; client was institutional broker for 6500 institutional firms with 8000 locations. Oversaw development and distribution of collateral and marketing communications, print and electronic, and newsletters; created and led client services training sessions; client presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Created co-branded programs, including pilot projects and direct marketing campaigns, to optimize usage and penetration, and to generate increased partnership revenue. Results: met conversion timelines during merger in all markets. Annual usage goals (lift) met in all regions.
  • Led sweepstakes campaigns to build employees’ awareness of new ATM and Check Card roll-out. Developed collateral; acted as liaison with agency handling creative development; crafted and distributed communications; managed sweepstakes hotline; oversaw awarding of cash prizes; and reported results to payroll and finance groups.
