  • Team leader for launch of account management software and internet trading applications; client was institutional broker for 6500 institutional firms with 8000 locations. Oversaw development and distribution of collateral, print and electronic client communications, and newsletters; created and led client services training sessions; managed vendor trade shows, client presentations, and demonstrations.

  • Designed, managed, and implemented debit card marketing programs for major US bank including ATM and Check Card facilities for business and consumer markets in 23 states, with site-specific internet access for 50 states. Created co-branded programs to optimize usage and penetration, and generate increased partnership revenue. Results: met conversion timelines in all markets; penetration rates increased in 85% of the target markets. Annual usage goals (lift) met in all regions.

  • Project coordinator for multilateral bank to fund micro-enterprise development, vocational training with technology upgrades, and semi-professional job placements in Latin America.

  • Led sweepstakes campaign to build employees’ awareness of ATM and Check Card campaign. Developed collateral; acted as liaison with agency handling creative development; crafted and distributed communications; managed sweepstakes hotline; oversaw awarding of cash prizes; and reported results to payroll and finance groups.
    Results: Online traffic to debit card intranet site increased sevenfold in one month.
